Side dish becomes main dish

Cooking for 4p or 6p is often easier than for 2p. That’s why all in one dishes are a perfect solution. One of the other possibilities is preparing a side dish( with a little correction) for 4-6p as main coarse, as long as you have enough vegetables and some proteins (and/or carbs).Clean a small sized celery. Cut into small cubes of approximately 1cm. Mix with 4 chopped garlic cloves 2 teaspoons of garam masala and 2 teaspoons of cumin seeds, a drizzle of olive oil, pepper and salt. Put on baking paper. Bake in the oven at 180° for 30mins. Stir halfway and add 100 grams of roughly grinded hazelnuts.Mix 2 table spoons of grated parmigiano with 2 teaspoons of acacia honey, 2 table spoons of red wine vinegar, 2 table spoons of olive oil, pepper and salt. Add some water if you prefer a lighter vinaigrette.Spread the celery, 100 grams of baby spinach, the seeds of a pomegranate, a handful of fresh basil leaves on a nice plate. Finish with the dressing.Easy, healthy and delicious food. Thanks delicious.nl for the inspiration.
