Ready made pizza dough with healthy toppings

500 grams of broccoli, 4 garlic cloves, 1 chili, 1 avocado, 4 anchovies filets, dried oregano, lucious burata and arugula = 1 pizza for 2p.Chop the broccoli (please, use it all). Wash and steam in the microwave for 5 minutes at maximum power. Drain.Slice 1 avocado and mix with the juice of 1/2 lime. Chop 4 garlic cloves and 1 chili. Mix everything with the broccoli and add 1 table spoon of dried oregano and some pepper and salt.Press 4 anchovies filets into a paste. Brush on the pizza dough.Spread the mixed vegetables. Finish with 300 grams of burrata. Bake in the oven at 180° for 25-30 mins.Serve with some fresh arugula on top.
