Iris adores Asian cuisine, and she is probably better at preparing this cooking style than I am.
Always remember : combine sweet-sauer-salty-spicy!
Marinate two salmon filets in 2 teaspoons of mirin (sweet), juice of ½ lemon (sauer), 4 table spoons of soya sauce (salty) and ½ chopped spicy little pepper(spicy), 4 cm of grated ginger and 2 chopped garlic cloves. Store the marinated fish in the fridge and turn now and again.
Clean 250 grams of green beans and 250 grams of mushrooms. Fry 1 chopped onion, 2 chopped garlic cloves and the other ½ of the spicy little pepper in a drizzle of peanut oil. Add the marinade.
Bake the fish in the oven at 200° on baking paper for 15 mins. Turn halfway.
Make a cold salad of cucumber and radishes in a dressing of 2 table spoons of lime juice, a chopped red spicy pepper, some sugar, salt and 1 teaspoon of white sesame oil and 3 table spoons of peanut oil.
Serve everything with boiled rice. Fresh coriander would make it complete.
