In love with my kitchen robot

Making bread, making pizza dough, or fresh pasta is so much easier with a robot. If you are clever, you prepare different things in the right order and you only need one cleaning session.

Butter in a dough can be replaced by thick yoghurt, of fresh cheese. The low fat Greek yoghurt is the perfect ingredient in many cases.

Mix 125 grams of Greek yoghurt, 125 of whole wheat flour, 1 table spoon of olive oil, 1 table spoon of dried basil, ½ teaspoon of salt in the magimix. Store the dough in the fridge until baking time.

Prepare 500 grams of sliced courgettes and 400 grams of sliced eggplant in the oven. Slice, salt, drain, rinse and dry first. (cfr other recipes with eggplant). Oil them and bake in the oven at 225°on baking paper for 20-30 mins, and turn halfway.

Mix 6 table spoons of olive oil with 4 chopped garlic cloves, 1 chopped spicy little pepper, the leaves of a bunch of fresh lemon thyme, pepper and salt.

Make an rectangular pizza/dough and put on baking paper. Brush half of the mixed oil on the dough. Bake for 15 mins at 180°. Spread the baked courgettes and eggplant on the dough. Add the other half of the olive oil mixture and a sliced mozzarella. Bake in the oven at 180° until the cheese is golden brown.
