Fresh seabass with parsley oil

A beautiful fresh seabass is waiting for a dinner for 2p.
Put a handful of fresh parsley and 1 garlic clove in the blender. Add 2 table spoons of olive oil. Blend, add pepper and salt and the chopped meat of 1 lemon. Store cool.
Chop 300 grams of potatoes and 1 large fresh onion in thin slices. Put on baking paper on a large oven dish. Spread a drizzle of olive oil. Bake in the oven at 180° for 15 mins. Spread 500 grams of cherry tomatoes, 3 chopped garlic cloves and mix with the potatoes. Bake for another 15 mins. Add pepper and salt. Put the fish in the middle. Put some of the parsley oil in the fish. Bake for another 20-25mins, until the fish is ready. Finish with the parsley oil.
