Salad alla niçoise

Frozen yellow fin tuna, a small portion of parboiled frozen green beans, frozen potatoes, oven dried tomatoes, black olives and boiled egg are the ingredients of today’s dinner.

Defrost the tuna. Put approximately 250 grams of frozen beans in the microwave until al dente. Cool down.

Cut 3 tomatoes in wedges. Put them on baking paper on an oven tray with the skin downwards. Spread 4 chopped garlic cloves, pepper , salt, a drizzle of olive oil and some dried basil. Put I the oven at 180° for approximately 40 mins.

Put 400 grams of frozen whole small potatoes on in an oven dish. Season with pepper and salt. Spread some stems of fresh rosemary. Put in the oven with the tomatoes for approximately 20 mins. Stir halfway.

Mix 1 teaspoon of dijon mustard, 2 table spoons of white balsamic vinegar, 2 table spoons of good olive oil and a pinch of salt.

Season the tuna with pepper, salt and some olive oil. Put on baking paper.

Bake in the oven during the last 15 mins. Turn halfway.

Boil 1 large egg for 5mins. Cut in quarters. Chop 10 black olives.

Spread some green salad on a plate. Spread some beans, ovendried tomatoes, potatoes, black olives and egg. Put the tuna in the middle. Finish with the dressing and fresh basil.
