The easiest lasagna ever

Dinner with myself is almost always a vegetarian recipe.

While doing grocery shopping for a few days I notice fresh green asparagus, and above all ‘made in Italy’.

I take two of those thin lasagna sheets out of the freezer. Mix 125 grams of super light cream with 2 chopped garlic cloves, 2 teaspoons of dried basil, pepper and salt.

Remove the hard part of the asparagus. Steam the asparagus for 1-2mins.

Oil a small rectangular oven dish. Start with 1/ 2 of the asparagus. Spread some of the cream mixture. Cover with pasta. Put the other 1/2 of the asparagus on the pasta. Spread some of the mixture on the asparagus. Cover with the other 1/2. Finish with the leftover of the cream and 20-30 grams of grated parmigiano.

Bake in the oven at 180° for 25-30 mins.

Finish with fresh basil.

Easy, healthy, vegetarian, tasty….Golden rule : enjoy a dinner with yourself 😉
