Broccoli looks good, tastes delicious and is super healthy food.
Whole grain pasta is perfect in combination with this top ingredient.
Boil 70 grams of whole grain pasta pp in salted water. Add 400-500 grams of chopped broccoli pp (no waist!!) during the last 4-5 mins of cooking time. Drain and keep some of the liquid.
Chop and fry 2 garlic cloves pp in a drizzle of olive oil. Add some old bread crumb ( 30 grams of bread pp). I love to add some fresh chili. Add the zeste of 1 lemon. Bake and add 1 table spoon of pine nuts pp.
Add the pasta, the broccoli, the juice of the lemon and some of the cooking liquid.
Finish with lots of fresh basil and some grated parmigiano.
