No attack, but lack of time is no excuse to make a decent meal

I can immagine certain people hate to cook, but still love to eat. Lack of inspiration can’t be a problem anymore with all those internet recipes, and even home orders with the right ingredients for an entire weekmenu are possible solutions.

Try to put  together a menu based on desires, seasons, and  on available material and  time investment.

For 2p, mix 400 grams of minced meat (mixture chicken, sausage meat) with 1 egg, 1 teaspoon of cumin seeds, a pinch of cinnamon, some pepper and salt. Roll some balls with oily hands. Spread in a large oven dish. Add 500 grams of clean, halved belgian sprouts, 1 sliced red onion, 4 chopped garlic cloves, 1 table spoon of cumin seeds, pepper and salt. Mix carefully. Bake in the oven at 200° for approx 30 mins. Stir halfway.

Slice 1 large pear. Remove the seeds of a pomegranate.

Spread the sprouts, meatballs, pear and pomegranate on a large dish. Enjoy the flavors!

Easy cooking, healthy cooking!
