Today’s meal is so easy. Clean a large bunch of spring onions. Wash 500 grams of small new potatoes. Cut them in halves. Put them in a microwave dish. Steam for 5 minutes in the microwave oven. Allow to rest. Wash 700 grams of cherry tomatoes. Chop 4 garlic cloves. Put all vegetables in a large oven dish. Spread some fresh thyme. Season with pepper and salt. Mix with 3 table spoons of sunflower oil.

Bake in the oven at 200° for 30-40 minutes. Stir now and again.
Serve this simple dish with a simple grilled fish ( or meat).
