Although we are in the red zone until after the Easter weekend, a visit to the market was ‘allowed’ to buy food and plants. So tonight we can have some fresh sea bass, ovenbaked new potatoes, and roasted broccoli with oranges and black olives😋.Chop 700 grams of broccoli in litte roses and cubes ( add the leaves). Spread in an oven dish. Add 4 chopped garlic cloves, 1 chili and 1 table spoon of dried thyme. Mix 2 table spoons of olive oil with 2 table spoons of lemon juice, 2 table spoons of orange juice, pepper and salt. Spread on the broccoli and stir. Bake in the oven at 200° for 30 minutes and stir halfway. At the same time, roast 600 grams of small new potatoes in the oven.Fill the sea bass with stems of fresh parsley and slices of lemon. Season with pepper and salt. Rub some oil on the outside. Add in the oven during 20 minutes.Make a dressing with the juice of 1/2 lemon, 2 table spoons of balsamic vinegar, 1 table spoon of good olive oil, 1 table spoon of water, pepper and salt.Remove the skin of 2 tarocco oranges. Cut in wedges. Slice 10 black olives.Once ready, mix broccoli with oranges and olives. Serve all together. Finish with the dressing.
Keep healthy😎
