Oskar has broken his shoulder plate, playing. The veterinarian told us to forbid digging for a month and to restrict jumping and running. How on earth can you forbid puppies playing??? So sad that we have to restrict his play dates.I still have some truffle of last week.
Bake 200 grams of oyster mushrooms crispy in some butter. Put aside.
Clean 400 grams of swiss chard. Chop and fry 2 cloves of aglione (or normal garlic)in a drizzle of olive oil. Add the swiss chard. Add some thyme. Stir and fry for 15-20 mins. Add pepper, salt and some cream. Mix with the mushrooms.Boil some paste al dente. Mix everything. Finish with ….grated summer truffle.
