Lots of greens and luscious gorgonzola on a cloudy day in May 👍.
Clean 500 grams of green beans. Chop 500 grams of courgettes. Clean and chop 300 grams of mushrooms. Put all together in a large oven dish. Add 4 chopped garlic cloves, dried thyme, a drizzle of olive oil, pepper and salt. Mix. Bake in the oven at 200° for approximately 30-40 mins. Stir halfway. Once the vegetables are al dente, spread 150 grams of gorgonzola. Stop the oven. Put the dish in the oven for 10 mins, until the cheese has melted. Dinner time!
