For 6p, slice 2 fresh fennels thinly with a mandoline or kitchen robot. Mix ith the juice of 1 lemon. Marinate in the fridge for approximately 30 mins. Remove the seeds of 1 pomegranate.
Spread the fennel on 6 dishes. Spread the pomegranate seeds and the zeste of 1 lemon. Spread 300 grams of lucious burrata on the dishes. Add pepper, salt. Finish with some good olive oil.
Simple, healthy and delicious starter!
This is really simple, and would work beautifully for a dinner party! I absolutely adore fennel, so thanks for the idea.
