Potatoes, fennel, courgettes and gorgonzola dolcešŸ˜

For 2p, cut 600 grams of washed potatoes in quarters. Cut 2 red onions in quarters. Cut 1 large fennel in slices. Put all together in an oven dish. Add a drizzle of olive oil, 4 chopped garlic cloves, 1 table spoon of dried basil. Bake in the oven at 200°for approx 45 mins. Stir halfway. Chop 400 grams of courgettes. Mix with the potatoes and fennel. Add black pepper and salt. Spread 150 grams of go

Put back in the hot oven. Bake for another 20 mins.
