This time, no pomegranate, no pistachio nuts but still, yummie.

Remove the skin, also the white parts, of 2 tarocco oranges (1pp). Slice thinly and put on baking paper. Spread a few dots of butter. Bake in the oven at 240° for 10mins. Spread the slices on a 2 plates. Spread buratta, a few mint leaves, some almond flakes,  some sumak and some nigella seeds and a little drizzle of good olive oil. Serve and enjoy!
