Cauliflower pizza

Cauliflower is popular again, and that’s a good thing, because it’s healthy, it’s cheap and can be prepared in some many different ways.

Magimix does the job today. Put the cauliflower in the blender. Mix the ‘cauliflower-flower’ with 50 grams of almond flower, pepper, salt and 1 table spoon of dried basil. Add 4 eggs.

Put the dough on baking paper in the oven. Make a layer of approx 1-1 ½ cm. Bake in the oven at 160° for 30 mins.

Slice 400 grams of tomatoes. Chop 4 garlic cloves and 2 shallots. Spread the vegetables on the cauliflower pizza. Spread a sliced mozzarella on the tomatoes. Bake in the oven at 180° until the tomatoes are warm and the cheese starts melting.
