Pad Thai

My coriander harvest is no succes, thus we will have to survive without, and eat Asian food in a Italian way.

Put noodles in salted boiled water and leave for 15 mins.

Chop 3 spring onions, 1 spicy little pepper, 4 garlic cloves and  fry in peanut oil. Add 300 grams of pieces of chicken filet.  Bake.

Mix the juice of 1 lemon, 2-3 table spoons of fish sauce or oyster sauce and 1-2 table spoons of sugar.

Add 250 grams of bean sprouts to the chicken. Add the drained noodles. Add 2 battered eggs. Finish with the (salt, sweet, sour)mixture and 4 table spoons of grinded peanuts.

Better with coriander, but Pad Thai anyway ;-).
