I have a ‘few’cookbooks. Some are a bit older but still showing me new recipes to try out.This recipe is inspired by Bill Grainger and perfect for an afternoon tea moment. The amount is a perfect dessert for 6-8p, or 3 afternoon tea moments for 2.Preheat the oven at 170°. Mix 100 grams of fine sugar, 30 grams of flour, 3 eggs, 500 grams of ricotta, vanilla extract and the zeste of 1 lemon until you obtain a smooth mixture. Add 75grams of pure chocolate flakes and 75 grams of pine nuts. Mix.Cover a long silicone cake form with baking paper. Pour the mixture in the cake form. Bake in the oven for 40-45mins, until ready inside. Cool down and enjoy your weekend.
