There are many different ways to use old bread in your recipes. It’s always useful to cut the bread in smaller pieces before becoming extremely hard.
Put 2 chopped garlic cloves in some olive oil in a pan. Heat the fire. Add a handful of old bread crumb cubes. Bake and stir now and again. In the meanwhile, mix iceberg salad with avocado, sliced cucumber, cherry tomatoes and smoked salmon. Spread some olive oil, lemon juice, pepper and salt. Finish with the croutons. Enjoy lunch.
