Vegetarian balls

Boil 400 grams of frozen large white beans in salted water with a few sage leaves for approx 15 mins. Drain the beans and cool down. Mix in the blender with 1 table spoon of savory, 1 egg, 2 table spoons of bread crumb, pepper and salt. Put the mixture in the fridge to become firm.

Cut 2 bell peppers in long pieces. Put in an oven dish and add a drizzle of olive oil and a chopped spicy pepper.  Bake in the oven at 200° for 20 mins.

In the meanwhile roll balls of 3 cm.

Prepare a mixture of 2 table spoons of bread crumb, 2 table spoons of grated pecorino, 4 table spoons of chopped parsley and 4 chopped garlic cloves.

Remove the dish from the oven . Spread the balls and 2 sliced tomatoes. Finish with the bread crumb cheese mixture and a drizzle of olive oil. Continue the baking in the oven at 180° for 30 mins. Tasty and healthy!
