All-in one dish

Is there a better way to guarantee a healthy meal than use the oven and mix all ingredients together? It saves you time, offers loads of possibilities and above all there is hardly any after-work.

For 2p, 500 potatoes, 1 large bell pepper, 4 large carrots, 2 apples, 1 large red onion, 4 garlic cloves and 4cm of fresh ginger. Cut everything in smaller parts. Mix together with 1 table spoon of garam masala, a drizzle of olive oil, 2 table spoons of balsamic vinegar, pepper, salt and a few stems of fresh oregano. Put 4 sausages on top (2 real Italian fennel sausages for me, and 2 turkey sausages for Iris). Bake in the oven at 180° for approx 40 mins. Stir now and again. This is so easy and so tasty!
