Tonight we need a good dose of vegetables

For 2p, chop and fry 1 chopped onion, 2 shallots, 2 spicy little peppers, 5 garlic cloves in a drizzle of peanut oil in a wok. Add 1 table spoon of curry powder and bake shortly. Add 500 grams of chopped mushrooms and bake. Add 150 ml coconut cream and allow to simmer. Add  200 grams of soya sprouts and 100 grams of baby spinach leaves towards the end. Taste, add pepper, salt and a lot of chopped parsley. Bake 400 grams of cucumber strings (use a spiral cutter) in a separate pan. Put them first on the plates, continue with the curry coconut mixture and finish with chicken, scampi or 😉 200 grams of North Sea shrimps.
