For 2p, mix 2 chopped sweet potatoes, 3 chopped normal potatoes and 1 chopped little taste pumpkin of 800 grams, 1 chopped spicy little pepper, 4 garlic cloves unpeeled, 3 bay leaves and a drizzle of olive oil in a large flat oven dish and bake for 40 mins at 180°. Remove the oven dish and add 1 can of drained chickpeas, 12 chopped sage leaves and bake for another 20 mins. Add pepper and salt. Serve and do not forget to squeeze the content of the garlic cloves on your vegetables and to add a drizzle of real good olive oil on top. Earthy taste, love it!
