Time for a real spicy dish

It’s cold outside. Let’s heat our internal system ;-).

Arrabiata is on our menu list for this week, but is already on the blog in the most traditional way. Thus?

Chop 4 garlic cloves, 1 red onion and 4 cm of fresh ginger. Fry in a drizzle of arachid oil. Add 1 table spoon of curry paste (always in my freezer). Bake and add 2 cans of peeled cherry tomatoes, 2 teapoons of dried basil. Simmer for 20-30 mins and add some salt. Defrost 250 grams of mixed seafruit and add towards the end. Finish with fresh basil. Serve the sauce with thai rice.

Spicy, indeed!
