Sweet sweet corn

Super simple and fabulous as appetizer or side dish : sweet corn.

Boil the entire corn in salted water for approx 20 mins. Drain and bake in the oven at 180° (or grill) with a mixture of butter and olive oil, pepper and salt until ready to eat. Garlic, wasabi, lemon are all optional. Great food to eat with two little forks or special  ‘corn’ sticks.
