Prepare a few tomatoes, halved, and seasoned with chopped garlic, salt, dried basil, pepper and a drizzle of olive oil. Put them in the oven at 120° while preparing the other dishes.
Boil a few potatoes for 10 mins. Drain and dry. Put them in an oven dish. Add some olive oil, some pepper, salt and a bunch of fresh rosemary. Put in the oven, and raise the temperature to 180°.
Prepare the gorgeous fish. Season with pepper and salt. Put on baking paper, add a few slices of lemon, a drizzle of olive oil. Count 20 mins to get ready in the oven.
Prepare a green salad. Prepare some real butter, with loads of parsley, 1 chopped garlic clove, pepper and salt.
Serve this beautiful fish with the potatoes, tomatoes, the green salad and the parsley butter. Pure, simple and super delicious!
