Oxheart cabbage

A super simple healthy dinner is waiting. Two beautiful frozen skinless salmon filets of 200 grams each and a mixed salad is our dinner for tonight.

Remove the outer leaves of the cabbage. Slice thinly. Add 1 chopped green apple, 30 grams of walnuts, the juice of 1 lemon, 2teaspoons of grain mustard, 1,5 table spoon of sunflower oil, pepper, salt and 2 table spoons of chopped fresh chives. Mix. Store in the fridge.

Remove all the bones of the salmon. Brush some oil on the fish. Season with pepper and salt. Spread 4 chopped garlic cloves. Bake in the oven at 220Ā° for 10-15 minutes. Serve.
