White fish, red cabbage, radicchio Milano, tahini, nori, soy sauce, rice wine vinegar and sesame seeds in one transcontinental dish inspired by the Australian Donna Hay.
Mix 1 table spoon of tahini with 1 table spoon of rice wine vinegar, 1 table spoon of soy sauce, 1 table spoon of lime juice and water. Store aside.
Slice 1/2 red cabbage and 1 radicchio Milano thinly. Mix with 2 table spoons of chopped fresh parsley. Set aside.
Spread 20 grams of sesame seeds in a small sized oven dish. Add 20 grams of nori flakes, 4 chopped garlic cloves, a pinch of salt and 1 table spoon of sunflower oil. Mix. Cut 400 grams of a white firm fish in 4 parts. Press the fish in the mixture and turn to cover the fish. Bake in the oven at 200° for 15-20 minutes.
Serve all together.
