Something more traditional

Salmon, leek and potatoes is not exactly an exotic combination but docV also appreciates tradition with a little twist.

Clean and chop 3 leeks (approximately 600-700 grams of vegetables. Wash carefully. Spread in a large oven dish. Boil 600 grams of large potato cubes for 7-8 mins. Drain. Mix the leek with 4 chopped garlic cloves, 1 sliced chili, 1 table spoon of cumin seeds, fresh thyme, pepper and salt. Put the potatoes at the side of the oven dish. Spread some olive oil. Bake in the oven at 200 ° for 30 mins (potatoes have to be ready). Stir halfway. Cut 400 grams of fresh skinless salmon in slices of 2 cm. Season with pepper, salt and some olive oil. Put them on the leek. Bake for an extra 10-15 minutes until the salmon is ready.

Finish with fresh parsley.
