It’s time to reconnect. We are at the end of our holiday at home. Don’t worry, I didn’t stop cooking, I only took a break in writing down what I cooked.
Marinate 4 mackerel filets in a few spoons if teriyaki. Spread on baking paper.
Clean, chop and fry 500 grams of green beans, 1 sliced red onion, 4 garlic cloves, 5 cm of fresh ginger, 1 chili in a drizzle of peanut oil. Season with 2 teaspoons of fish oil, 2 table spoons of soy sauce and 2 teaspoons of mirin. Once the beans are al dente, add 250 grams sliced baby courgettes and 200 grams of soy sprouts.
Bake the mackerel in the oven at 200° for 15 minutes.
Finish with fresh basil and a drizzle of lemon juice.
Dinner is ready!
