It sounds rather cranky, but what to cook with all that truffle😉.
I found some fresh porcini in the local supermarket. I imagined they would be a perfect starter in combination with some fresh truffle (Oskar found fresh ones and probably tasted himself before noticing what he was doing).
Clean 500 grams of porcini and slice them. Chop and fry 2 garlic gloves in some butter. Add the mushrooms. Stir regularly. Add fresh thyme, pepper and salt. Once they are almost ready, add the zeste of 1lemon. Finish with fresh parsley and grated truffle. What a delicious combination. Thanks, Oskar.
