Mix 300 grams of Greek yogurt, 3 eggs, 180grams of sugar, 1 teaspoon of vanilla sugar, 1 ripe banana, the zeste of 1 lemon and 180 grams of melted butter. Add 400 grams of seefed selfraising flour and 5 grams of baking powder. Mix until you obtain a fluffy dough.
Remove the skin and seeds of 3 apples. Chop in small cubes. Mix with a drizzle of lemon juice, 1 teaspoon of sugar and 1 teaspoon of cinnamon. Mix the apples with the dough.
Divide the dough in 2 cake forms. Bake in the oven at 180° for 45-55 mins ( check with a cake pin). Cover the cakes if the surface becomes too dark.
Cool down. Put 1 cake in the freezer and taste the other one during the following days.
