Another recipe for vegetarian burgers

Boil 100 grams of quinoa in twice the amount of water and 1/2 of a cube of vegetable stock for approximately 15 mins (until the stock is almost completely absorbed).Drain 1 can of chickpeas and put in a higher recipient. Mix. Add 1 chopped red onion, 4 chopped garlic cloves, 1 teaspoon of curry powder, 1 teaspoon of turmeric, 1 teaspoon of cumin seeds, 3 teaspoons of sesame seeds, 1 teaspoon of ginger powder, 1 teaspoon of paprika powder, 1/2 teaspoon of nutmeg, a pinch of salt and 1 egg. Add the quinoa. Mix thoroughly. Store in the fridge.Create small burgers with oiled hands. Bake in a hot pan. Put the burgers on baking paper.Slice 2 eggplants in thick slices of 1 1,5cm. Oil the slices with a brush. Grill at both sides. Put the eggplant in an oven dish. Spread some salt.Slice a few tomatoes. Chop some parsley.Reheat the burgers and eggplant in the oven or serve at room temperature.Create little towers. Serve with green salad and parsley and a mixture of 1 table spoon of mustard and 1 table spoon of readymade mayonnaise.Enjoy healthy fast food.
