Put 300 ml of semi skimmed milk and 50 ml of white wine in a pan ( good for oven and fire). Add 1 table spoon of thyme, and some salt. Spread 500 grams of unpeeled potatoes cut in slices. Heat the fire and allow to simmer for approximately 5 mins.Melt 20 grams of butter in a pan. Add 4 chopped garlic cloves and 600 grams of thinly sliced mushrooms. Bake for a few minutes.Add the mushrooms to the pan with potatoes. Stir gently in order to mix everything. Add lots of black pepper and some salt if needed. Spread some butter. Bake in the oven at 180° for approximately 45 mins.Serve with fish or chicken and a green salad with mustard vinaigrette.
