Cauliflower is gifted with qualities; beautiful, elegant, international, healthy, creative and perfect carb substitute. The smell while cooking and the possible smell afterwards 😉are acceptable concessions.
Boil a chopped cauliflower inhaled water until ready to make a puree ( leave some water). Add pepper and salt.
Blanch 300 grams of green beans. Chop and fry 1 onion, 4 garlic cloves and 1 chili in a drizzle of olive oil. Add 1 teaspoon of chopped rosemary, pepper and salt. Stop the fire. Spread 400 grams of fresh salmon cubes and some lemon zeste and juice. Cover with the cauliflower.
Mix 200 ml of cream with pepper, salt and rosemary.
Bake in the oven at 200° for 30 mins.
