I’m rather unproductive for the moment and try hard not to get frustrated. We are waiting for the finishing touch but, remember, 😉piano piano.
I cook in the new kitchen but there is still a lot to reorganize.
For healthy food you don’t need complicated recipes.
Peel and slice 1 large cucumber thinly. Spread on an elegant plate. Add pepper, salt, zaatar, lemon juice, lemon zeste. Put 1/2 of a lucious burrata on each plate. Finish with a drizzle of good olive oil. Fabulous food to get rid of frustrations!
