Celery and turmeric

Celery has become a popular ingredient,.and above all, it’s really cheap and healthy 👍.

For 2p, chop 500 grams of potatoes and 1 small sized celery of approx 800 grams in cubes of 2 cm. Mix with 4 chopped garlic cloves, 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder, 1 1/2 teaspoon of fennel seeds, pepper, salt and a drizzle of olive oil. Bake in the oven at 200• for approx 20 mins.

In the meanwhile prepare chicken meatballs with 300 grams of minced meat, 2 table spoon of fresh parsley and 2 teaspoons of chicken herbs.

Stir the celery and potatoes. Add the meatballs and continue the baking for 15 mins at 200°.

Stir, add 100 ml of chicken stock ( homemade is the best) and the juice of 1 lemon. Continue the baking for another 20 mins. Taste,add pepper and salt. Finish with a handful of fresh parsley.
