Fish balls with swordfish and pistachio

For 4p, cut 500 grams of swordfish ( without skin) in cubes. Add 2 slices of bread, 1 egg, 2 chopped garlic cloves, 2 table spoons of fresh parsley, the zeste of 1 lemon. Put in the blender. Mix but roughly. Mix with 50 grams of grinded pistachio. Taste, add pepper and salt.

Oil your hands and create balls of 3-4 cm. Put on baking paper. Store in the fridge.

Bake the balls in the oven at 200° for 20-30 mins. Turn halfway.

Serve the balls with a mixed salad and oven baked potatoes, or as appetizer or as little snack.
