Mishmash

Lovely sausages are waiting in the fridge for a respectful recipe but my personal condition is a ‘all-in one’ dish for 2p.

Cut the sausages in smaller parts. Bake in a tiny little bit of olive oil (the sausages contain enough fat). Chop and add 4 garlic cloves, 3 spring onions, 1 bell pepper, 1 spicy chili pepper, 2 stems of white celery and 1 table spoon of dried oregano. Bake for approx 10 mins. Add 5 chopped tomatoes and continue baking on a lower fire. Taste, add pepper and salt. Serve with fresh basil. No carbs needed, enough kcal ;-).
