Movie food : timbale with potatoes, leek and anchovies

We hardly watch television but we love home cinema (you need a white wall and a beamer). With our cats and dog we install ourselves in our large sofa and all look in the same direction. If we start our dinner at the table, time flies and we never have any time left to watch. So, home cinema date is home cinema food ;-).

What is meant as an appetizer for 4p is a perfect dinner for 2p if you combine it with a green salad.

Clean and cut 500 grams of potatoes in small cubes. Fry in a drizzle of olive oil. Add 2 table spoons of unsalted capres. Cook the potatoes until al dente (add some water if necessary, to prevent burning). Mix leek, potatoes,  capres and, lucky we, 100 grams of North Sea shrimps. Taste, add pepper and salt. Put in 2 individual or 1 larger timbale covered with baking paper. Press, add 6 anchovies and bake in a warm oven at 200° for 20-30 mins. Finish with some extra North Sea shrimps. Serve with a green salad and a simple dressing made with olive oil, a bit of mustard, lemon juice and balsamic vinegar. Movie time!2018-03-04_20.02.59[1]
