As you notice, I’m really into finding sweet snacks, preferable without too much sugar and fat (and I’m sure this search will be appreciated by other family members;-)).
Make a mixture of 500 mg of 0% fat Greek yoghurt, 120 grams of sugar, a few drops of vanilla extract, dried vanilla powder, 2 egg yolks. Mix gently with 2 whipped egg whites. Pour on top of a ready made dough for cakes (make some holes in the dough in advance, with a fork). Bake at 180° for 45-60 mins.
8 pieces of guilty (although low in fat and sugar) pleasure!!
