Sticky rice as dessert

For 3p, wash and soak 100 grams of sticky rice for a few hours. Drain and rinse a few times. Put the rice in a bamboo basket and steam for 20 mins (basket 5-6 cm above the boiling water). Turn the rice and steam for another 5 mins. In the meanwhile heat 150 ml of coconut milk with 30 grams of sugar and a pinch of salt. Mix the rice with the coconut milk. Serve with fresh fruit such as mango, pineapple,…Finish with grated coconut and sesame seeds. Fabulous dessert.
