For 2p 200 grams of real buffalo mozzarella is a large portion as appetizer, but in combination with a light main course it’s allowed. Slice the mozzarella and spread on two elegant plates. Spread 2 table spoons of light cream on the slices, add pepper and salt. Lemon zeste, the juice of ½ lemon and thin slices of a red spicy pepper make the dish complete. Store the plates in the fridge until serving time. (fresh basil leaves or oregano = extra flavor and color). Fabulous!
