How would I survive in the kitchen without the oven?? Today again he will surely not disappoint you. For 2p 300-400 grams of white fish filet of choice. Cut into smaller filets. Create rolls and put them in an oiled oven dish. Cover with halved cherry tomatoes and mushrooms (500 grams of tomatoes and 200 grams of mushroom), 2 chopped spring onions and 4 garlic cloves. Make a mixture of 2 table spoons of dry sea algae or nori , cut into smaller pieces, 2 table spoons of Xeres vinegar or a similar one, 2 table spoons of soy sauce, ½ teaspoon of wasabi  (choose your own amount!!) and 1 spoon of olive oil. Spread the mixture  gently over the vegetables and the fish. Count 20-30 mins of oven time at 180° and ready to eat. Serve with some noodles or rice.
