Today we did a lot of driving to the Lake Siljan region. This lake is one of the larger lakes, created by a meteor 377 million years ago.
I did some quick shopping for our dinner near a tiny little harbor. I bought 800 grams of cherry tomatoes, some chili and 150 grams of feta.
Chop and fry 1 red onion, 4 garlic cloves, 1 chili in a drizzle of olive oil. Fry and stir. Add the halved cherry tomatoes after a few minutes. Season with 1 heaped teaspoon of dried oregano and 1 heaped teaspoon of dried basil. Bake and stir. Add 1 cup of water. Add 160 grams of dried pasta. Allow to simmer. Stir regularly. Once the pasta is al dente ( approximately 13-15 minutes), spread 150 grams of crumbled feta and 10 chopped black olives. Stir. Add extra pepper and salt if needed.
Once the feta has disappeared, finish with fresh oregano leaves. Serve.
