What a team!

Don’t worry, I’m not going to write about soccer, I’m definitely a foodblogger. Oskar, our sweet and energetic one year old puppy, is gifted with many talents. One of his talents is an incredible nose for truffles (and many other less tasty bites). Iris observes him when he’s exploring a certain area of the garden. She immediately knows when he finds one, and takes it over (while he’s getting some treats). Today is a lucky day, thus our dinner is decided.

A small one of 20-30 grams is a large portion for 2p. Brush them clean and store in the fridge in a glass container. We can’t eat it all, so we share with friends and neighbors.

Breaking all traditional recipes, I’m going for a docV variation.

Chop 4 garlic cloves. Fry in 2 table spoons of olive oil for a few minutes. Add 100 ml of white wine and allow to evaporate. Add 250 grams of lucious burrata. Stir until you obtain a silky sauce. Season with pepper and salt. Mix with al dente tagliatelle. Finish with sliced truffle. Serve with a green salad.
