I’m not really a fanatic cook although simple, tasty and healthy are important adverbs.Today’s dinner is simple, tasty and healthy. For 2p, cook 800 grams of peeled potatoes . Drain and smash. Chop and fry 4 garlic cloves, 1 chili and 500 grams of fresh spinach in a drizzle of olive oil.Mix potatoes and spinach. Add some milk, fresh basil, pepper and salt.Put the mixture in two oven smaller sized oiled oven dishes. Instead of cheese or breadcrumbs, finish the dishes with a mixture of seeds. Spread a little drizzle of olive oil. Bake in the oven at 180° for 20-30 mins.Easy, tasty and healthy…docV😉
