Croque mozzarella

You know that spongy thin white toast bread? That’s the one you need for this recipe.4 croques, 8 slices of that bread, 4 slices of mozzarella, 1 egg, 2 table spoons of flour, 100ml of semi skimmed milk and 1 table spoon of dried basil.Create 4 mozzarella sandwiches. Press at the sides to close the sandwich.Put milk, flour, battered egg with pepper salt and dried basil in three different plates. Heat a pan, add a drizzle of olive oil. Put each sandwich at both sides first in the milk, then in the flour and finish in the egg mixture. Bake at both sides.Done. Serve with tomatoes, some salad or just as an in between snack.
