Suddenly certain recipes become a new hype. How does it start???
Crushed ovenbaked potatoes has been introduced in my kitchen today, but the first time I discovered this recipe was by Jamie Oliver. Gradually it will find its place in our daily cooking.Wash the potatoes thoroughly. Put them in an oven dish, adapted in size. Spread some oil and salt. Bake in the oven at 200° until ready ( depends on their size). Cool down a bit. Crush the potatoes with a puree masher. Add some nutmeg, some dried oregano and some ghee ( or oil or butter). Bake in the oven for another 30 mins. Serve with some tuna, ovenroasted tomatoes and a green salad.
